Stop climbing the trees or THIS is what happens...

The Sakura // Cherry Blossom is supposed to be a beautiful sight to be shared and celebrated by all of us. However, it is sad when common sense and disrespect for the beauty is broken as seen in these photos of someone who decided to climb the tree which resulted in tearing off a major branch from the tree. Japanese Cherry Trees are fragile and not as strong as North American trees and unable to support any substantial weight.

This tree is now severely damaged and now more vulnerable to disease and have a much more difficult time to survive.

These trees won't be replaced, and I ask everyone to respect the beauty and fragility of the Sakura and please stop climbing the trees or THIS is what happens...
